2. SILHOUETTES & SHADOWS
A unique publication that showcases a collection of my photographs capturing the essence of MANA, the spiritual life force energy that flows through the universe. Each image, meticulously shot with a Sony A6000 DSLR, embodies the healing power inherent in nature and life itself. The book's design is a reflection of its content, with a cover crafted from wood in the shape of a camera, complete with a lens opening to reveal the title. Through this harmonious blend of photography and design, Silhouettes and Shadows invites readers to immerse themselves in the captivating world of MANA and embark on a journey of spiritual discovery and reflection.
Incorporating laser cutting, I designed the front and back covers of the publication with wood. The choice of using the wood represents an element of nature in the publication itself, while the threads and beads used for binding symbolise the spiritual aspect. This publication also features an accompanying camera-shaped keychain similar to the cover, symbolising the core concept of the design.
3. CINEMATIC CHRONICLES - POP UP BOOK
The Cinematic Chronicles is a documentation of my journey to and from the movie theatre for the screening of "The Creator". It captures the excitement and emotions of the moviegoing experience through photographs and written reflections. Included is a pop-up movie poster inspired by the film's artwork, adding an extra touch of cinematic magic to the book.
